Spotify continued its global expansion today with launches in four new markets in Europe, Asia and Latin
America. The Taiwan launch adds to Spotify's existing Asian markets of Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. In Europe, Spotify added Turkey and Greece; and in Latin America, the launch in
Argentina follows an April launch in Mexico.
- Today’s launches now mean that Spotify
is available in 32 markets worldwide.
- As of March, Spotify said it has 24 million active user and 6 million paying subscribers globally.
