Spotify Expands Concert Listings,Ticketing with Eventbrite, AXS Deals

Spotify has strengthened it link to live music, adding concert listings and tickets from AEG's AXS and leading DIY ticketer Eventbrite. Presumably tickets from Ticketfly, which Eventbrite just aquired from Pandora, will soon be added, as well.To date, Spotify has featured over 150,000 artists with concert dates in more than 100,000 venues. Today’s announcement expands the ticket offering to hundreds of venues around the globe including Red Rocks Amphitheatre in the US, The O2 Arena in London and the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm from AXS; as well as Great American Music Hall, Mohawk in Austin and the Newport Jazz Festival from Eventbrite. The partnerships with AXS and Eventbrite follow recent Spotify ticketing partnership with Ticketmaster and long-standing integration with Songkick.
