Streaming has definitely changed the way music is distributed and eventually consumed by music fans. Changes in consumption have been driven by consumer preferences and new technology. Millennials have grown up with technology and expect constant improvement. While the music industry is now tackling streaming, the television and film industries have already been dealing with the changes streaming has brought on.
