SXSW Announces 2022 In-Person Dates

SXSW promises a full in-person convention in 2022 from March 11 – 20 in Austin, TX.

The announcement came as the virtual SXSW 2021 event wrapped.

“I’m very confident that SXSW will look normal, or near-normal next year,” said Austin Public Health’s Interim Authority Dr. Mark Escott.

The SXSW team agreed: “We, too, share his optimism that we will be able to hold an in-person event in 2022.” This summer SXSW 2022 will open PanelPicker, Film Festival submissions, Music Festival applications, and more.
