Taylor Swift scored the top-selling album of 2019 less than 48 hours after release, but that was just the beginning.Tracks from Lover have been streamed almost 650 million times on Spotify as of Monday morning.Globally, Lover has passed more than 3 million in equivalent sales, according to label Republic/UMG, with the US and China each contributing more than 1 million each to the total. Lover's activity set a new record for an international artist in China. Lover is also approaching 700k in pure album sales this week in the US, according to Republic.
