Wouldn’t you love it if you could carry your music collection in your cell instead of a separate iPod like device? Motorola is about to introduce a music smart phone with a whopping 8 gig of memory that supports over the air downloading in addition to side-loading from a PC,
And wouldn’t it be cool to could your favorite music radio station style with your friends for free? Pandora, the much touted site that let’s you customize a stream based on your music preferences has announced a deal with community site Friendster to allow personal stream hookups within their large network.

Tired of your old CD’s? Well lala.com (which just got $9 in start – up funds says you can trade them with someone who cares and they’ll just take $1 as a free for facilitating the transaction. Plus just to make nice nice with some vague laws they are sharing 20 cents of that with the artist. Sounds almost too good to be true. And by the way, where’s our $9 million?
