Tickets for Good Expands UK Integration, Turning Unsold Inventory Into Social Impact

TFG repurposes unsold tickets to live events, offering them to healthcare workers, teachers, charity workers and others who serve the public, enhancing artist visibility, the touring economy, and social change.

Today, with rising ticket prices and tighter household budgets, especially for overstretched working families, access to live events is increasingly left out of reach for many of the people who keep our communities running.

That’s the gap Tickets for Good is trying to close — and its newly expanded UK integration with AXS makes it easier than ever for promoters and venues to participate across the British Isles.

Following a successful US rollout, Tickets for Good’s API integration is now live across AXS-partnered shows in the UK. The move allows promoters, venues and artist teams to allocate ticket inventory directly to TFG’s verified member base of more than 620,000 healthcare workers, teachers, charity workers, volunteers and people most affected by the Cost of Living crisis.

For the live sector, this isn’t just about goodwill — it’s about smarter inventory strategy.

Unsold tickets are one of the most persistent challenges in live events. Through the TFG platform, that excess capacity can be redistributed in a controlled, closed-network environment where promoters retain full control over pricing, volume and timing. That means last-minute holds, slow-moving dates, or softer midweek shows can be activated without disrupting public on-sale strategy or undercutting primary buyers.

Globally, TFG has now distributed more than one million discounted tickets in partnership with artists and events including Dua Lipa, IDLES, Robbie Williams and Yungblud. In the UK alone, the company has worked with over 1,000 event organizers across music, theatre and sport.

For independent promoters and venues in particular, the implications are significant. Community-driven ticket allocation can:

  • Build long-term audience loyalty
  • Diversify room demographics
  • Strengthen relationships with local institutions
  • Enhance grant and funding narratives
  • Generate positive press without heavy marketing spend

As public scrutiny around ticketing practices and affordability intensifies — including recent UK government roundtables on secondary ticketing — platforms like TFG offer a practical middle ground between commercial necessity and social responsibility. Importantly, TFG verifies its members and operates within a closed ecosystem, protecting against resale abuse while ensuring tickets reach intended recipients.

As the integration expands to Germany later this year, Tickets for Good is positioning itself not just as a discount platform, but as a structural bridge between live entertainment and community infrastructure.
