After threatening to veto a massive COVID-19 relief and government funding package, President Trump signed the bill into law on Sunday night.
It included $15 billion in direct help for struggling independent music and arts venues as well as the agents and managers that service them, along with tens of billions dollars more that will extend enhanced unemployment benefits, the Payroll Protection Program, and other programs that help musicians and the entire independent music ecosystem.
