In one of those strange twists of timing, msuic streamer MOG kept with its announced timetable to shutdown forever Friday just hours its new owners Beats were acquired by Apple. Cuurent MOG subscribers were offered a free 60 day trial of Beats.
Monthly billing stopped on May 1st and yearly subscriptions will be refunded on a prorated basis. Beats says they are still working on a way to tranfer playlists.
There's no new word on MOG founder David Hyman's $20 million lawsuit against Beats.
