Twitter Adds Easy To Create Spotify Audio Cards

Everyone is trying to crack music discovery, and Twitter is trying everything it can think of to increase engagement. These two goals come together nicely with today's launch of easy to create Twitter Audio Cards for Spotify.

Twitter has launched Twitter Audio Cards for Spotify that allow users to discover and listen to 30-second previews of tracks directly in their timelines. Spotify tracks can also be featured within Twitter Moments.

To demonstrate the new feature Spotify created a Moment around their Twitter followers' favorite summer tracks. Spotify Tweeted questions and a Twitter Poll this week to collect the song submissions, and used some to create this Moment.
How To Create A Twitter Audio Card For Spotify

Just tweet a Spotify link or share to from Spotify and it will populate as an Audio Card. Any tweet or Moment with a Spotify track link will play the audio in-line without having to leave the feed. Related articles
