Napster, scheduled to take root in the fourth quarter of this year. As part of a new "XM + Napster" service, a new breed of XM/MP3 players will allow music fans to earmark songs heard on the satellite service for later download on Napster. Once the XM/MP3 receiver is docked, Napster will match the selected songs against its existing catalog."
