Grammy Awards 2027 Deadlines and Eligibility

A Grammy Award is the U.S. music industry’s highest honor. Here is are the key dates and deadlines to ensure eligibility and voting for the 2027 GRAMMY Awards.

The 2027 Grammy Awards will air live from Crypto.com Arena in LA on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2027, simulcast across ABC, Disney+ and Hulu. The nominees will be announced on Monday, Nov. 16, 2026.

Grammy Awards 2027 Eligibility

To be eligible for the 2027 Grammy Awards, recordings must be released between August 31, 2025, and August 28, 2026. Recordings must be for sale commercially via general distribution or made available as a digital recording, either for sale or via a recognized streaming service

To be considered an album, recordings must contain at least 5 different tracks and a total playing time of 15 minutes or a total playing time of at least 30 minutes with no minimum track requirement.

The Recording Academy accepts entries online from Professional and Voting Members, as well as registered media companies. Members can submit their own eligible recordings as well as the recordings of their peers for consideration.
