  to allow the 240,000 artists that CD Baby distributes in the US to license, account, and pay music publishers for download sales through online retailers like iTunes, Amazon MP3, Napster, and Rhapsody. 

RightsFlow offers outsourced music publishing licensing and royalty
solutions to both record labels and online music retailers.  These
services provide a solution for research and
licensing of publishing, clearances, license administration, royalty
calculation, and accounting to publishers.
