Popkomm Back For 2010
After being forced to cancel 2009, Popkomm is making a comeback in 2010 on new dates, in a new location, and with more live music and a free day for fans.
"We are happy to announce that Popkomm will be back between 08/09 – 10/09/2010.
Popkomm 2010 will land at the extraordinary location "Airport Berlin
Tempelhof". The international trade show will take place in this very
historical building, often referred to as the “mother of all airports”,
and still today´s third largest building in the world. see above
pictures. Popkomm will provide several networking possibilities and
meeting options within its market place.
Popkomm will partner with the festival makers of the “Berlin
Festival” which will take place in the hangars and on the airfiled
of the Airport Berlin Tempelhof between 10/09 – 11/09/2010. Popkomm
delegates with 3-day-registrations can also attend the 2-day festival.
On Friday the 10th of September festival-goers, artists and music fans
will be able to attend Popkomm on the public day as well as the Berlin
Festival.
A top-class international conference and the festival in the
Kulturbrauerei will be further highlights of the international music
platform.
Popkomm will be an integral part of the new umbrella brand “Berlin
Music Week” which will introduce all facets of the capital´s music
industry and culture to international visitors and music business
professionals."
