Spotify May Soon Let You Add All Your Bootleg MP3s To Playlists

You may soon be able to add your fav Echo & The Bunnymen bootlegs to your “Remember The Good Old Days” playlist.

Spotify is (finally) testing local playback support for MP3 and FLAC files.

The settings menu of the Android app now shows a “Show device files” option which will let users play local audio files using the Spotify app.
