SXSW Music Showcase and Panel Picker applications OPEN for 2024

SXSW has opened applications for music showcases and panels at next year’s edition from March 11-16, 2024, in Austin, TX.

SXSW Panels & Presentations

PanelPicker is the official SXSW user-generated session proposal platform. This year SXSW is looking to encourage panels and presentations that offer “ahead-of-the-curve solutions” with “win-win outcomes and unexpected discoveries about the resilience of the human condition.”

Entry Deadline: Sunday, July 23

Community Voting: August 8-20

All deadlines end at 11:59 pm PT.

SXSW Music Festival Showcases

Despite ongoing controversy over how SXSW should compensate performers, showcase applications are now open for the 2024 SXSW Music Festival and its audience of industry professionals, international media, and fans.

Music Festival Deadlines:

• Early Entry Deadline: Friday, August 25
• Final Deadline: Friday, October 27
