Bandcamp improves its Music Discovery

Bandcamp has added robust tag search and tag combinations as well as dark mode support to improve music discovery on the platform.

Users of Discover can now refine their search by combining multiple genre tags.

Bandcamp offers these examples of just how granular you can get:

• try combining “experimental” + “bagpipes”
• video game” + “soundtrack to explore classic original soundtracks.

Discover now also responds to the user’s dark mode preferences and adjusts its color and vibe. Watch for this capability to appear in more places across Bandcamp soon.
