AEG Live Effect 2026 Report
AEG’s The Live Effect 2026 report reveals that fans are investing heavily in live entertainment, directing most event spending beyond tickets into travel, food, and merchandise. Surveying 12,000+ attendees across four countries, the study found that 80% view the live atmosphere as irreplaceable, with 79% eagerly repeating those purchases.
For brands, this captive attention delivers clear commercial returns. Over 56% of attendees report better recall for event sponsors than traditional ads, while 74% made purchasing decisions and 87% took action after brand exposure—proving live entertainment effectively cuts through modern media fragmentation.
